Appraisal
If you would like to know the current value of a work of art, send us a description and
photographs of the work in question. After consulting our pool of experts, we will suggest
a realistic selling price to you.

Good Sales Prospects within a Short Period of Time
The seller's chances of finding a suitable buyer are high, due to our constantly growing pool of international members, consisting of collectors, gallery owners, investors, museums and experts.

To Get an Appraisal and Sell....
Use our Offer Form to send us your personal information and a description of the art work. At the same time, send us two photographs of the work via email, fax or conventional mail. Please include a view of the entire object in one photograph, and a detailed view of the object, including the artist's signature, in the other photograph.

artcash.com will then inform you whether your piece will be included in the sales listings, typically it will remain for at least 60 days. We will forward any additional questions from interested parties to you. As soon as a buyer is found and the details of the sale are settled, artcash.com will draw up the sales contract to be signed by both parties, and the transaction can be completed.
If You Wish to Buy…
Register for your free membership and choose from up to ten artists in our Index of Artists for an exclusive pre-information service.
We recommend that you register early, as the pre-information service is limited to 100 members per artist worldwide.
Within five days after you receive a sales notice for a work through the pre-information service, you can request additional information from the seller or inform artcash.com of your interest. This procedure also applies to offers found in the public database 'Works in Offer'. As soon as the work's authenticity has been established and a final sales price determined, artcash.com will issue the sales contract. This document will cover the terms and conditions of sale, especially those pertaining to the payment guarantee, artcash.com service fee, shipping and right of withdrawal. As soon as the sales contract has been signed by both parties, payment and shipping procedures can commence.

Free Membership
As an interested buyer, you can register at no cost by completing the Membership Agreement Form.
(Please note that your personal information is used exclusively for the purposes of our service). At the same time, you can register for a maximum of ten artists for our
pre-information service. Should you have substantial knowledge of particular artists' works, you may register as an expert without further obligation.
Index of Artists
The Index of Artists comprises approximately 1,500 artists' names and their dates of birth. Each artist on this list can be associated with a maximum of 100 members who have indicated an interest in receiving pre-information about offered works.
Artists who are actively sought after via the pre-information service are marked in red. Artists marked in green indicate that the artist has a work available in the public 'Works in Offer' database. The list of artists is updated on a regular basis. Members can also suggest new artists for inclusion in the index. artcash.com reserves the right to decline the inclusion of an artist without disclosing a reason for the decision.
Sales Offers
By entering a work of art into the artcash.com system, the seller (owner or authorized representative) agrees to keep it on artcash.com for a certain amount of time, generally 60 days. The seller must complete one Description Form per offer including a realistic asking price, and at the same time send (via electronic or conventional mail) at least two photographs of the object and the artist's signature. The seller confirms that the information he or she supplied in the offer is complete and truthful. Upon receipt of all information, artcash.com will inform the seller whether his or her offer will be included in the database. artcash.com reserves the right to decline inclusion of an offer in the database without disclosing a reason for the decision.
Appraisal by artcash.com or Pool of Experts
Before entering a work for sale, the seller can have artcash.com appraise the work's value. Should artcash.com be unable to determine the authenticity or value of the work with certainty, we will consult the registered experts in our own expert pool, or the internationally recognized experts.
Pre- Information Services for Members
If members has indicated a desire for pre-information about the works of a particular artist, a new offer associated with that artist is first entered into the artcash.com pre-information service. Members registered for specific artists generally receive information about offers via an email message, which includes photos, asking price and the location of the object.
Buyer Interest
As a member, if you are interested in buying an object, you can request further information from the seller or directly communicate your interest in a purchase within five days after receipt of the email notification. If there are several interested parties, the first member to present an acceptable buying offer will be invited to negotiate the sale. If no member responds to the pre-information offer after five days, the offer enters the public database.
'Works in Offer' Database
This database is publicly accessible and contains those works, which are either not actively sought after or have not been sold through the pre-information service.
For reasons of confidentiality, not all photographs or detailed information are made publicly available. However, all registered members can order photographs of the objects, direct additional questions to the sellers and communicate offers to buy.
artcash.com Service Fees

The figure depends on the actual sales price, the amount of time and effort invested by artcash.com and the complexity of the sales process. The fee is between 5 and 10% and is determined through direct agreement with the contractual parties.
